There's a lot of excitement going on throughout the Pringle Development organization. That is because Pringle and Lake County's active adult community, Lakes of Mount Dora has become a reality.
 Lakes of Mount Dora is located on picturesque Loch Leven, about 4 miles northeast of the heart of downtown Mount Dora. What makes Lakes of Mount Dora a little different is that it will contain its own 267 acre inland waterway and 70% of the homesites will have water frontage.
Within the Lakes of Mount Dora community itself, the planned amenities will include an island clubhouse. The lakes will allow for fishing, electric boating, canoeing, or kayaking. Within or around the island clubhouse itself, plans call for a heated outdoor pool, spa, library, exercise studio with cardiovascular equipment, free weights and universal gym, and lighted tennis court.
Lakes of Mount Dora is located at the east edge of Lake County, ideal for the many events and festivals that take place all year. There are craft fairs, bicycle festivals and annual arts, regatta and exotic cars festivals to name just a few. Lake Square Mall is only 20 minutes away, and regional malls and outlets are located within a 30 minute drive.
Also located in nearby by Eustis is Florida Hospital Waterman providing emergency, coronary and intensive care along with helicopter service. Leesburg Region Medical Center is also close to the community, which has been rated as one of the top 20 hospitals in the country.
