 The St. Andrews model  2,166 square feet (3,124 total square feet). A popular feature is a family room, which is close to the kitchen and borders the lanai. This model also has a separate dining room; a feature that is not found in some other models. Another bonus of this model is the split design where the master suite is located on one side of the house, while the other two bedrooms and extra bath are located on the other side.
