Pringle Presents: The Heritage
Picture yourself sitting on the front porch of your elegantly designed cottage home located in the heart of Central Florida. You are living in an intimate, small town neighborhood that has sidewalks and vintage street lights. The size of this community (only 182 homes) allows you to get to know many of your neighbors quickly, neighbors who extend a friendly greeting as they stroll past on their way to the nearby Club House.

Pringle Development Residents Anne and Roger Schultz
When Anne and Roger Schultz first arrived at Royal Harbor, they knew that it was the perfect community in which to settle. The close proximity to the many lakes in the county, along with the overall design of the community is what attracted them to build their retirement home close to Lake Harris.
Both Roger and Anne were born in Detroit, Michigan, and they first met each other at an ice skating rink and were high school sweethearts. After they married, they lived in both Michigan and Ohio. Roger began a career with General Motors as a Warranty Analyst and retired as their Assistant Regional Service Manager after 30 years of service.

A Glimpse Into The Stirling
The Stirling model is a popular design for those who desire a larger home. It is bigger than the Duke and St. Andrews models described in the last two issues of DREAMSCAPES.
The living area in this home is 2,461 square feet, with a total area of 3,583 square feet. Its design has a high covered entry area that leads into a foyer. In addition, the wider garage allows for two cars, as well as a third door for either a golf cart or a small car. The large 40 foot-wide screened lanai in the back allows for outdoor viewing from both the Master Suite and the nook areas. Besides the Master Suite, there are two bedrooms and a separate den that can be used as an office or computer room.

Enjoy the Outdoors at Harbor Side Restaurant |
|
What could be better than enjoying a nice seafood lunch on a deck located riverside, with temperatures in the 70s during the winter months? Well, that is what it is like if you decide to visit the Harbor Side Restaurant in Tavares.
This restaurant is located on the Dead River, off Highway 441, and is accessible by either auto or boat. It was opened by James Bronkhorst in October 2005 and offers a varied menu for either lunch or dinner. There is a long dock for tying up the boats or to enjoy a pleasant stroll after your meal. The restaurant itself features a large-sized outdoor patio, along with a separate bar and music area. There are two large aquariums filled with a variety of tropical fish (that are not on the menu!) where one may enjoy the view while dining.
