The Jackson is a beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath new model now available in all Pringle Communities. This model features a three-car garage that can be configured many different ways.
The base model is 1,705 sq. ft. of living space. If you are looking for more living space, you may opt for a two-car garage and add either a Hobby Room or Den, increasing your living space to 1,740 sq. ft. and 1,800 sq. ft. respectively.
 
The Jackson also offers a bonus room option, adding an additional room upstairs over a two-car garage, perfect as a family room or office. A half bath is also included in this option package with a total of 2,085 sq. ft. of living space.
