The Birth of a Community
Land Development has been working hard to give birth to Pringle’s newest community, The Heritage. The mass grading and retention ponds are complete in preparation for infrastructure. We are currently placing all utilities within the project related to storm, water, sewer and gas. After all of the utilities are in place road construction will begin immediately.
Roads begin with approximately a 4 inch clay base on the existing soil. This material is mixed into the underlying soils to form a uniform compaction of sub grade material. Once this step has been completed the sub grade will be cut to its proper elevation in preparation for curb work. Curb pinning and curb placement should be the next steps.

Legacy’s Chess Club |

There are many articles being written today supporting the importance of not only staying physically fit... but mentally fit as well. During his travels throughout the Borough, he noticed dozens of chess games going on in Washington Square Park in Manhattan... and it wasn’t just retirees playing... all ages that found time to indulge in the game.

Nicker’s Restaurant |
|
Nicker’s Restaurant, at Mission Inn Resort and Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, FL has a beautiful panoramic view of the golf course and the surrounding area from their dinning room. You may spot a few sand hill cranes prancing around or all sorts of other birds enhancing the serene setting while enjoying a bite to eat. The name “Nickers” is derived from the “knickers” that were the original attire worn by early golfers, as well as the name of the resort’s founder, Nick Beucher, Sr.
Nicker’s is a very unique “sports bar”. Yes, there are TV’s, but the menu far exceeds the usual sports bar menu. A few of their luncheon choices are: baked brie, conch fritters, spinach dip, salads, chili, “wings”, burgers, quesadillas and crab cakes. As I said...not your usual sports bar menu.
