In the May issue of DREAMSCAPES, we
described our “Red Carpet Treatment” as being a matter of hospitality
and respect - and showed you how it is provided to anyone who is
considering or building a Pringle home.
The Red Carpet Treatment continues whether a
visitor needs more time to think about moving, or if they decide to go
ahead and purchase. If your situation requires that you wait, your sales
consultant will stay in touch with you, providing as much information as
you need, for as long as you request it. This might include updates on
the status of current Pringle communities, new developments as they are
introduced, and printed materials such as this monthly newsletter.
If you decide to purchase and begin working
on your floorplans, your sales consultant will advise you about “smart
options” that you may not otherwise have considered during the initial
phases of building a home. The Architectural Design and Decor Studio is
also ready to meet your needs. At the Design Center, you’ll see displays
featuring a wide selection of the items that can be included in your new
home, such as lighting fixtures, sinks, flooring, and color charts.
Once you have chosen a lot, an appointment
is set up with a Design Specialist at the Design Center. The first step
is to decide on which home model you prefer. You can select from the
dozens of plans provided by Pringle Development, or use your own
custom-designed plan. You might find that one of Pringle’s standard
plans offers everything you would want. But the plans will be displayed
on the computer, so you can view each room of your future home with the
Design Specialist, and make custom changes, if you like.
Using the computer for this design phase
offers many advantages. If you are unsure how an area of your home will
look, the computer can generate a 3D image to help you visualize the
layout. With the help of your Designer, you will gradually “construct”
your new home on the computer screen. You will have an opportunity to
discuss room sizes, colors, and any other modifications you might want
to consider. Your revised plan is then printed out for your review. But
additional changes can still be made before the plan is made final.
Your Design Specialist will make suggestions
based on years of experience in the business. Once the proposed plan is
completed, you’ll meet with a Decor Specialist to select fixtures,
flooring, exterior colors, etc. You’ll also meet with a member of the
Landscaping Department who will describe the standard landscaping
package for your model. If you wish to add additional landscaping, he
will offer advice concerning plants that do well in Central Florida.
Once you have completed the design process,
you will have plenty of time to review your choices before accepting the
final plan. Throughout the process, your sales consultant will stay in
close contact, and your design consultants will be glad to answer any
questions that might come up.
Using the “Red Carpet Treatment” as an
approach to complete customer satisfaction plays an important role in
Pringle Development’s goal to build quality custom homes for all of its
customers.
