The Red Carpet Treatment Continues... |
|
Pringle Development’s “Red Carpet Treatment” is an Ongoing Process
By Frank Denzler
In the May issue of DREAMSCAPES, we
described our “Red Carpet Treatment” as being a matter of hospitality
and respect - and showed you how it is provided to anyone who is
considering or building a Pringle home.
The Red Carpet Treatment continues whether a
visitor needs more time to think about moving, or if they decide to go
ahead and purchase. If your situation requires that you wait, your sales
consultant will stay in touch with you, providing as much information as
you need, for as long as you request it. This might include updates on
the status of current Pringle communities, new developments as they are
introduced, and printed materials such as this monthly newsletter.

"Our Neighbors are Just Like Family"
“We just feel that when we came here to settle, we landed in the right
place.” That was a recent comment made by Janet Cicatiello, a resident
of Royal Harbor who lives near the community Lighthouse with her husband
Guy and their 13 year old poodle, Nicky. Janet went on to say that she
and her husband feel very fortunate to live in a community that has such
a wonderful setting, excellent landscaping and one of the county’s most
beautiful chain of lakes. Both Guy and Janet were born and raised in
Philadelphia, PA. They met at the corner soda shop while in high school,
and eventually made their relationship permanent.

Cool Summertime Activities |
|
Summertime is a Great Time to Enjoy Central Florida Festivities
Summertime always brings warmer temperatures, but the off-shore breezes
coming in from the east and the west help to cool Central Florida. There
are also a lot of very “cool” activities and events taking place during
these warmer months.
For example, there are several boat tours that operate all year. Capt.
Jerry offers comfortable charters with BBQ lunches. There are sunset
cruises, Silver Springs Nature Tour, and fishing charters for those who
want to explore the “real” Florida. Adventure Tours provides a full-day
narrated riverboat tour to the Silver River from the Harris Chain of
Lakes, starting in Umatilla. Blue Heron Cruises provides a peaceful and
sheltered, fully narrated nature cruise of the famous Dora Canal during
the month of August, leaving from Tavares.

Hunts End Restaurant
Buffet meals have become very popular in the last few years, because it
allows the customer to pick and choose whatever they wish, and to “go
back for more” of those items that they enjoy the most. Every town has
its favorite buffet, and Mt. Dora is no exception.
Located close to downtown Mt. Dora is Hunts End Restaurant, a popular
restaurant that has attracted many diners over the years. It is housed
in a building that is over 60 years old, but it has been refurbished to
be more accommodating. It is owned and operated by Richard Marinacci,
whose family has been in the restaurant business since 1967. The
uniqueness of the building is what attracted Richard. His Mom did most
of the baking and his Dad supervised the operation. David Russel (also
known as “Diamond”) serves as Head Chef.
