Red Carpet Treatment Goes "Above and

Pringle’s Quality Assurance Program Includes Some Handy High-Tech
Features
By Frank Denzler
In two recent issues of DREAMSCAPES, we
described how the “Red Carpet Treatment” is an important part of
building a Pringle home. We explored how the sales department provides
valuable assistance in choosing the right lot and type of home to meet
each customer’s needs. Following that, we described how the Design
Center offers their services to help customize each home, including the
floorplan, landscaping, flooring, fixtures and colors.
While the design details of a new home are
being decided, another Pringle department begins working to insure that
the “Red Carpet Treatment” continues throughout the building process.
Michelle Krueger is the manager of the Quality Assurance Department. She
and her staff work to maintain close contact with each new homeowner;
“We try to establish a relationship that creates an ongoing sense of
comfort”.

A Little Off-Broadway, But Right On The Money For Local Theatre Lovers!
Did you ever dream of being an actor or actress on stage, but family or
work commitments prevented it from becoming a reality? Wouldn’t it be
great if you could use your acting skills during your free time, so that
it wouldn’t interfere with your other responsibilities?
For folks living in or near Leesburg, this dream has become a reality
through the Melon Patch Theatre. About 99% of the actors and actresses
at the theatre are volunteers who rehearse in the evenings, and perform
on weekends. The theatre seats about 200 for each show, which includes
plays written by local playwrights, as well as Broadway productions.

”A Tip Of The Hat" To Two of Royal Highland’s Newest Residents
The minute Frank and Gloria Koepp passed through the entrance at Royal
Highlands, they experienced a certain warmth. And no, it wasn’t heat
from Florida’s sun; it was the overall appearance of the community that
made them feel as though they had arrived at their new home.
The Koepps have been residents in the community for only about 7 months,
but they have already made many friends. They have found their new
neighbors to be very warm and friendly.

T-Bones Bar-B-Que
Since moving to Florida, we've noticed that a lot of folks in this area
absolutely love good barbeque. Native Floridians, as well as many of us
who moved here from up North, are always on the lookout for a great
Bar-B-Q place.
T-Bone's Bar-B-Q, located on Route 27 in Fruitland Park (just north of
Leesburg), is a local restaurant with a good reputation. Recently, the
Culinary Couple decided to have lunch at T- Bone's to see if its
popularity was justified. We both chose the "whacked" (chopped) pork
sandwich on a Kaiser roll, with a side selection. There was plenty of
meat! So much in fact, that I had to remove some of it in order to take
my first bite. The meat was very tender, and there were six homemade
varieties of barbeque sauce from which to choose. The sauces were
created by the owner to provide a variety of flavors; from sweet, to
mustard, to vinegar, sweet and sour, and spicy. Something to please the
varying taste buds of people from all parts of the country. Some folks
even like a layer of cole slaw on top of their barbeque; a regional
preference, according to Joshua, one of the mangers.
