Pringle Quality Construction: Part III More Benefits of Owning a Pringle Home
In the last two issues of Dreamscapes, we outlined many of the quality features that go into building a Pringle home. We described how Pringle Development uses 3000 lb. fibermesh reinforced concrete in the foundation, as well as R-Max Thermosheath insulation board for better insulation and moisture resistance. For framing the home, Austrian pine is used to insure structural support and sound-deadening features. Dens-Shield Tile Backer and CDX plywood are used instead of plasterboard to resist the formation of mold and mildew. High tech wiring installed during construction allows for high-speed modems and digital video capability.

Grand Opening Celebration: Pringle 's New Home!
It was a cloudy Thursday, and an afternoon shower seemed evident, but the weather did not dampen the excitement on July 14, 2005. It was the official ribbon-cutting ceremony of Pringle Development's new headquarters located at 2801 S. Bay St. in Eustis. More than 120 guests had an opportunity to tour the new offices, conference rooms, display areas, and other facilities that will help in the smooth operations of the company.
The ceremony took place at the entrance to the building. Alan Parrow, President of Pringle Development, and Jim Deitch, Director of Design and Construction, expressed appreciation for all the cooperation that went into completing the building, which was a branch of Colonial Bank before being purchased by Pringle. John Pringle, CEO, and his father, George, were present, and John reflected on the many years of successfully building custom homes in Florida.

Luigi's Italian Restaurant: Quality, Quality, Quality!
Why do customers say Luigi's has the best food ANYWHERE? The credo of Luigi's chef Maria Didonado is "Make good food, good portions, good quality. If you cheapen your food, you don't fool your guests, you only fool yourself."Maria came from Naples, Italy in 1968, bringing her recipes along as she opened Didonato's [now Mt. Dora Pizza]. This became a training ground for relatives to open restaurants of their own.
Maria and Pasquale Falgore co-founded Luigi's, which was named after Pasquale's father and first son. Concetta Delverme, a chef at Luigi's for ten years, opened Capri's in Clermont with her husband Edmundo, and Maria and Pasquale Falgore. A son, Stefano, has been with Luigi's for six years.
