Jerry and Gail Feege are first to close and move into the newest Pringle community, Lakes of Mount Dora.
It was 10 AM on October 11th when a special meeting was about to take place in the offices of Pringle Development. Jerry and Gail Feege were there to close on their new home. What made this a special event is that the Feeges are the first pioneers to close and move into the first completed home in Pringle Development’s newest community, Lakes of Mount Dora. There was much excitement as Jerry and Gail signed the necessary papers and accepted the keys to their new Balmoral model home.
The Feeges had heard about the beauty and charm of the Mount Dora area, so they made use of the Internet to locate builders in the area. They were impressed with the Pringle reputation, and last year, they visited the area in their search for the perfect home.
It was the beautiful design of Lakes of Mount Dora that caused them to begin planning on becoming a Pringle resident.
Jerry was born in Philadelphia and Gail was born in Pottsville, both Pennsylvania. After they married in 1966, they resided in Perkiomenville, PA for many years until Jerry was transferred to Boca Raton, FL. He was employed by Unisys Corp for almost 40 years, having started as an Electronic Technician and eventually becoming Director of Sales and Support before retiring earlier this year. Gail is a Certified School Nurse, and has used her skills in both PA and FL since 1975.
After all the moving boxes are emptied, Jerry plans to play golf and continue to develop his gardening skills, while Gail is looking forward to sewing, a variety of craft projects, traveling, and reading.
The Feeges expressed a number of reasons why they decided to settle in a newly-created community. They liked the quality of a Pringle home, the overall plans for the community and the builder’s attention to details as their home was designed and eventually built. “We found that Pringle Development is a very organized company, they are very customer-oriented, and they kept us well-informed during the entire building process,” said Jerry. Jerry indicated that this is the fourth custom home they have built, and building a Pringle home was the best experience of all.
At this point, Jerry and Gail are looking forward to meeting and greeting other pioneer residents as their new neighbors close on their homes and become a part of the community.
