5th Generation Property Management Department

Back to Articles

The rapid growth of new homes being built in Central Florida continues, as people discover the many benefits of living in the area. To meet this high demand, Pringle Development has a large staff of employees who are concerned with providing all the important services to anyone interested in building a Pringle home.

One of the many departments that make up the Pringle team is the 5th Generation Property Management Division. Under the supervision of Martha Ledford, Director of Design & Properties Management, this department is concerned with, among other things, keeping the line of communication open between the developer and the residents in all Pringle communities and coordinating Property Management issues for the community.

For example, Belinda Ryan, the Communications Supervisor, meets with a resident committee periodically to discuss any concerns that the residents may have about their community. She assists in the formation of committees that make up the governmental structure needed for the transition of the community from developer to homeowner, and she helps in the training of resident representatives who will some day serve on the Board of Directors for that community.

As part of this department, Pamela Sanders serves as the on-site Property Manager at Royal Harbor where she meets with residents daily at the community Recreation Center. Pam is responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of the community in conjunction with the directives of the Board of Directors. At Legacy of Leesburg, Chad Peck is the on-site Activities Director.

In his role, Chad coordinates activity programs with the residents of the community and assists the Property Management team with any onsite items that they may have. Kathy Jones-McGee and Deb Libby are the offsite Management team that oversees the operations and maintenance of Legacy of Leesburg, Lakes of Mount Dora, The Heritage and Lighthouse Plaza.

This department has so many other functions, all working towards insuring that Pringle Development does not just build a home, but builds a strong relationship with its residents by keeping the line of communication open between Developer and homeowner. You can be assured that during, as well as after your new home is built, that line will remain open.
